Traci Dolphin is one of the emerging leaders in the equipment finance and private credit industries, serving as President of Commercial Funding Partners (CFP), a national direct lender specializing in equipment finance, leasing, sale-leaseback transactions, and structured capital solutions from $250,000 to more than $100 million per project.

With more than two decades of experience spanning mortgage banking, commercial finance, underwriting, and credit administration, Traci has earned a reputation across the industry for structuring complex transactions while maintaining disciplined credit standards. Her unique combination of sales expertise, underwriting knowledge, and operational leadership enables her to bridge the gap between borrowers' needs and capital markets requirements.

After earning her degree from Utah State University, Traci began her career in the mortgage industry, where she developed a deep understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and customer relationship management. Her success in sales established a loyal client following and laid the foundation for her transition into commercial finance and equipment leasing.

Over the years, Traci became a driving force behind CFP's credit and underwriting platform, helping establish the policies, procedures, and risk-management practices that support the company's continued growth. Today, she oversees a broad range of responsibilities, including underwriting strategy, transaction structuring, portfolio quality, operational leadership, and the execution of CFP's long-term growth initiatives.
